The quality control in the mineral water intended for human consumption requires continuous monitoring of raw materials, finished products, process technology, and you can not therefore propose any action to protect the product without prior knowledge of these production variables that need to be kept under control. For the purpose of ensuring food safety of the finished product and therefore a correct application of the system of self-control, the Company uses an internal analysis laboratory to the plant.

The laboratory is divided into two separate areas, respectively intended for chemical analysis and microbiological analysis and makes use of the latest technology for the chemical control of the water. Quality is also guaranteed by continuous microbiological checks on batches produced, along the production chain.
